Golan managed and grew the company through the covid pandemic to over 50 units and $2,000,000 in annual revenue. On April, 2023 Golan sold his company to focus on Birdhouse Homes.
Shannon studied Cognitive Science and Design at UC San Diego. Shannon has a YouTube channel with thousands of followers focused on empowering individuals to create their dream world. She focuses on DIY projects and home design as part of her content. Shannon has designed the interior of over 30 homes. Shannon joined the Birdhouse team to design and lead the remodel of the entire home.
Investing in our first home can deliver returns to investors in two different ways:
1) Dividends from the rental income on each property; currently paid out to investors quarterly
2) Appreciation from the change in property value that will be realized if investors decide to sell their share.
Nothing. We will handle all the management related work to make sure the home is profitable and running smoothly. You collect your check every quarter.
